As a business owner I just wanted to let you know you delivered as promised and what a great product.  Even though I could not get the custom fit one I orginally ordered  due to my time constraints.  The off the shelf you recommended and sent me could have not fit any better nor looked better, solid and fits like a glove. Now my pool table can serve as a table for our family Thanksgiving and many more gatherings without the pool table being in the way. Since it takes most of my living space.

I contacted you with concerns about the date when I would recieve my order.  Not only did you promptly contact me several times by email but also by phone.  I am very impressed with your service.  I did not have to wait until 10/17 to recieve my billiard top.... it arrived yesterday!  It is a wonderful quality product and my husband and I are very pleased with our purchase.  I often have alot of apprehension when I order online from a company that I don't know but you have far exceded my expectations. I just wanted to thank you and let you know that I will tell others about your company.  We are also interested in a table pad for our dining room table (I thought that you also custom make those) and also a poker top.

Hello Mike,

I finally got to use my 54inch green felt poker table top I ordered last month and it was an instant success with my poker buddies. The quality, Feel and looks are OUTSTANDING. Now I know what they mean by “AMERICAN MADE”. I don’t know how we did it all this time…playing with that cheep tri-fold import, upgrading from the 48inch import to the 54 inch table was a great call. Anyone needing a little elbow room for 8 players should consider the 54 inch table.

Hello!

I'm not sure if you remember me, but I sent you an e-mail a few weeks ago regarding my absolute horrible experience with another poker website. The table I received from them was so cheap that it literally fell apart on me. I wish I had read your story on cheap imports BEFORE I purchased my table.

Anyway, my wife purchased the 48" Burgundy table Top X-tender for my birthday and we received via UPS yesterday. I wanted to tell you that I LOVE IT! It truly is an awesome table and I can't wait to play on it this weekend with my family.

I think that in this day and age, people are quick to use the telephone or e-mail to complain about whatever it is that is bothering them. But I think that few people take the time to write something positive when they have a good experience.

So I want to thank you for wonderful customer service and a wonderful product. Myself and other members of my family are poker junkies and I know that I will get years of fun and enjoyment out of this table.
