Q: How much weight can the hard top support ?

A: With the five support pieces you could have a lot! Really heavy item's like 25 lb turkeys should be centred over two supports if you can, but for most common applications this is not necessary.  

Q: How heavy is the top ?

A: The top comes in thee section each about 10 lbs. Easy enough for anyone to put up and take down.

Q: What is the top made of ?

A: The core material is a compressed felt lamination. Dozens of layers of felt (like roofing felt) are glued together under pressure to make an extremely rigid dimensionally stable material. Stiffer than plywood at 1/3 the weight. Never a knot or void, always perfect.

Q: Will the cover hurt my table ?

A: Absolutely not! This top is designed and manufactured by a company specializing in table pad protection products for over 80 years. Nothing will protect your table better.
